Background:
Vince Brooks - Senior Online Product Manager

I've been working with web technologies since 1993 and while the online and digital arena remain my primary passion, I've spent much of the last 15 years using my analytical skills to assess various business areas (including management, operational, and supporting processes) and providing real-world, best-in-class solutions and products.

I am also a self-taught software and web engineer and have worked across the spectrum of desktop and web applications. I've worked with over 50 different clients in my career and shipped multiple products. I've spent the last 7 years in marketing organizations where I've lead projects such as a complete overhaul of web publishing systems to implementing a live chat solution for Windows pre-sales support. I've created presentations for Senior VP level reviews in the largest software company in the world and have worked closely with executive teams at small businesses.

I have both broad and deep experience, including frequent hands on, tactical implementation work, and have a keen ability to focus on the task at hand, becoming the subject matter expert required, while maintaining the flexibility to provide my expertise in other areas, especially when dealing with ambiguous situations.
